1.7. “SPDI Rules” means the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011.

1.8. “User” means those who are designated users within the Services, including an Account administrator, agents and other designated users.

1.9.You” and “Your” means an identified or identifiable natural person who (i) visits the Website(s); (ii) is a User of the Services from whom We collect Personal Data as a Controller, as specified in Section 2 of this Policy

The Merchant is solely responsible for establishing policies for and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as any and all privacy policies, agreements or other obligations, relating to the collection and transmission of Personal Data in connection with the use of Our Services by Users.

  1. Sharing of Personal Data
    5.1. You acknowledge that We will share Your Personal Data with Our group companies and third-party service providers so that they may offer You Our Services and/or to send information or updates on the Services if You are a Merchant.

5.2. When We Process Your order where You are a Merchant, We may send Your Personal Data to and also use the resulting information from credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

5.3. We share Personal Data with Our third-party service providers that host and maintain the Our Website(s), applications, backup, storage, payment processing, analytics and other services. These third-party service providers may have access to or Process Your Personal Data for the purpose of providing these services to Us.
